St Bridget's Kirk

A Beautiful but Ruined Kirk on the Banks of the River Forth.

Travel across the Forth Bridge to Dalgety Bay and visit St. Bridget's Kirk a charming small church dating from 1170.

Owned by the Canons from Inchcolm Abbey for almost 500 years before being reformed in 1560 as a Kirk. It has lain in ruins since 1830.

Stand on the waters of the Forth and take advantage of fantastic views over the Edinburgh skyline, Arthur's Seat, the Islands of the Forth and the magnificent Forth Bridges.
